January 2019: New Music Monday

This was something that I used to do every month before my little hiatus. I literally love music so much and honestly it's such a tool to put you in a great mood. I'm not sure if every song on here will put you in a 'good' mood per se but sometimes moody music is what we need to heal (see my entire feel it playlist on Spotify which was made for the sole purpose of having music to cry to).

February New Music Monday

Back to school is the best opportunity to find some new music to listen to. I've been revamping a couple of my playlists on Spotify over the last week or so to come up with a mix that's perfect for walking to and from campus. April New Music Monday (on a Thursday)

Hey guys!

So long time no post! I figured I'd start this post out with a little life update on where I've been since I took an unplanned two and a half week hiatus. Oops.

For those of you who aren't aware I'm a Sophomore Journalism and Fashion Design student. Being a student and doing well in school is my first priority and that means sometimes I'll miss a post here or there depending on what's going on in my academic schedule. 

Two weeks ago was my spring break and right after that I went into midterms so I really just took the past three-ish weeks to focus on doing well in my studies. 

I hope you guys understand for my absence and I'll be sure to give a warning before I disappear like that again. 

Onto regularly scheduled content! 

So Zayn's debut album Mind of Mine dropped a couple weeks ago and literally it's been on constant repeat.

March New Music Monday

Basically the last week or so I've been listening to nothing but The 1975's new album: I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it. 

The 1975 are one of my all time favorite bands. I was a little worried that after their sophomore album would fall flat in comparison to their debut record but I had nothing to worry about because it's quickly becoming one of my favorite albums of all time. 

The album is free streaming on Apple Music and it'll be available on Spotify on March 11th so check it out!
